| Oakwood Lakes Certificate Program | ||||||||||||||
| Oakwood Lakes certificates cost $1500 each, and are associated with the property. Once issued, the certificate remains active as long as the annual fees are paid up to date, and it may be transferred to a new owner. The active certificate provides the status of Member in Good Standing to the owner of the property. Members in Good Standing are entitled to vote on issues at the Association's Annual Meeting. If the member also pays the Full Service level of the annual fee, he/she is also entitled to full use of all the Oakwood Lakes facilities. |
